Acuna, Mexico Mission Trip

This is a great starting point if you are interested in Foreign Mission work!

This is a week-long construction trip with Casas Por Cristo as we serve a family in Acuna, Mexico which is across from San Anonio, Texas.

During this time, our team will build a site specific three-bedroom home from start to finish.

We have a Casas Por Cristo field manager guiding us.  We will stay in a local church or nearby facility.

You do not need to have experience in construction to join us.

There is a $200 deposit due to secure your spot.

Cost Breakdown and info:

All costs are based on 15 people going on the mission trip.

Expect approx. $1,300 for your trip cost.


1.  Target Project Date - October 7th - 11th

2.  Expected temperature range - 60 to 85 degrees

3.  Building supply cost for three bedroom home - $10,350.00

4.  Personal costs:

    a.  Lodging - $30

    b.  Meals - $32/person/day

    c.  Ground transportation - $168 per day/total number of participants

    d.  Travel insurance - TBD | not included in project cost

    e.  Airfare - TBD | not included in the project cost

5.  Passport - responsibility of the traveler
