Why become a member of Newlife Church?  The Bible places high value on commitment; first to Jesus and then to the Body of Christ (the church).  In a time where commitment seems to be at an all-time low, we should exemplify the work and will of Jesus to the world around us.  This means being committed not only to Jesus, but belonging to, serving and faithfully giving and attending in person, at your local church.

At Newlife we never ask our members to do or be more than the Bible clearly teaches.  We encourage our members to do what the Bible expects every follower of Jesus to do.  

To be eligible for membership:

• You need to have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior.
• You need to have been baptized in water subsequent to infant baptism.
• You need to be in agreement with Newlife's mission statement (Matthew 28:18-20)
• You need to commit yourself to this local body of believers, remembering that you represent them by your lifestyle.
• You need to be faithful in tithing and attending.
• You must not be a current member at another church (Matthew 6:24)
• You need to take part in our Next Steps class so we can know you & you can know us.
