Easter or Resurrection Sunday is such a  special day for those of the Christian faith!  If Jesus was not resurrected from the dead, then all of His promises died with him and we are stuck in the loop of sin, death, grave and being bound by the law.  But, because he was resurrected, we have a living hope.  This living hope is not in religious things or trying to be good, but rather our living hope is in the person Jesus himself.  Since He told us he would die on a cross for our sins - and he did.  And He then told us He would come to life after three days dead - and he did, then we can trust everything that He has told us & revealed to us through scripture!  He is risen, and we can have new life, a new hope, forgiveness of sin, and the confidence of a relationship with a risen Savior!
